Our Technical Equipment

CNC portal milling machine

Our CNC portal milling machine is capable of milling dimensions of up to 3x2 meters. 

Holzma plastics saw

With this efficient, fully automated saw, we cut sheets with a width of up to 4 meters.  

Hurco 5-axis processing machine

It allows us to manufacture milled plastic parts based on blueprint drawings or our own design. 

Heat furnace

We anneal plastics with dimensions of up to 1000x1500x900 mm (W*H*D) by means of state-of-the art software. 

Cutting plotter

Our cutting plotter works similar to a portal milling machine. It allows us to mill doors, blinds and windows with measurements of up to 3x2 meters. Additionally, we can transform plastic foams with a thickness of up to 100 mm into all kinds of 2-dimensional shapes. Packaging and padding materials are just one area of application.
